Need help getting your pet to the vet because you are working, unwell, or do not have suitable transport? Valentine Legacy provides scheduled, non-emergency pet transport for suitable animals attending planned veterinary appointments.

What’s included

• Collection and transport for one scheduled veterinary visit
• Service within 15 km of our operating area
• Flat booking price of R500
• One customer and pet transport booking per time slot
• Weekday availability, subject to confirmation

Vet fees and consent

The transport fee covers transport only. All veterinary fees are payable by the owner directly to the vet practice before or at the appointment.

Before collection, we will ask you to confirm by WhatsApp or email that you have paid or arranged payment with your vet and given the practice consent for your pet's treatment. We cannot collect your pet until this is confirmed.

After you book, we will contact you to confirm the pickup address, veterinary practice, appointment time, pet details, return-journey requirements, and any special handling information.

This service is for scheduled, non-emergency veterinary visits only. For a serious illness, injury, or emergency, contact your veterinary practice or an emergency animal service directly.
